Our practice in July

Our practice statistics for July show another increase of total appointments to 1,776. Unfortunately there’s also been a 64% increase in appointments missed by patients.

We continue to ask patients to attend appointments on time and cancel them if they are no longer able to attend. This allows us to offer those appointments to other patients who need them.

To cancel your appointment:

– use your NHS App and your NHS account

– using the GP online system – Patient Access

– phone us on 01444 458022, Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 6pm
