Our practice numbers in July

July saw small but steady increases in several areas of our work:

-Appointments rose by 2%, with a slight increase in face-to-face consultations

– Online requests rose by 10.5%, suggesting more patients are using digital routes to reach us

However, missed appointments also rose – 74 in July compared to 71 in June.
